APPLICATION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Arabic Club For Kids will run in 10 week slots:
every Saturday from 10am-4pm for the 5+ group and 10am-1pm OR 1.304.30 for the younger children. The term times will be in tandem with school terms, but slightly shorter to allow kids some weekends to themselves.
Please enquire for new Sunday opening.
Currently Registering For 4-9 year olds, (Please enquire if your child falls slightly outside this age group).
Registration Open for September 2009. Spaces Are Limited.
Two Week Trial Period
- Full payment (minimum one term) is required at registration (not application), but a 2 week trial period is offered during which a full refund can be claimed if you wish to withdraw for any reason. Refunds must be claimed before the commencement of the 3rd Saturday of term. After commencement of the 3rd Saturday no refunds can be given.
- There is a 10% discount if you register for 2 or more terms together.
4-5 year old group, - Saturday morning session OR afternoon session:
10am-1pm
or1.30pm-4.30pm (this session will only open once the morning session is full)
- The fees for September 2009 opening.
- For the school morning session 10am-1pm/per term OR afternoon session 1.30pm-4.30pm are 252 pounds per child.
- If you take the morning session, there is an after school creche facility available. The total fees till 4pm will then be 335 pounds/per child/ per term.
- We also have a facility of open creche, where the creche can be booked per session at the rate of 30 pounds from 1pm-4pm. This facility is also open to non Arabic Club For Kids children. Please enquire further for this option.
- There is a 10% discount if you register for 2 or more terms together
- If your child is 5, but in year 1 at school please see the 5-9 year old group details below
5-9 years groups (in three different levels, according to age and level of Arabic), (for children in year 1 at school and above):10am-4pm
- The fees starting September 2009, are 392 pounds/per term/per child
- There is a 10% discount if you register for 2 or more terms together
- If your child is 5, but in Reception at school, please see the 4-5 year old group details above
